Shipping & Returns
ZOZO Soap Co. takes pride in shipping in a timely manner. You can expect your package to ship in 1-3 business days. Please allow an extra 2-3 days processing time during the holiday season. We will email you a tracking number when your order has shipped.
All of our orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, and insured for $100. Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping. If there is an issue, please contact the USPS to file a claim. You may file a claim online here.
USPS Priority Mail is a very reliable service. However, there are times packages can be misdelivered or go missing due to package theft. BE AWARE OF YOUR LOCATION: If the tracking shows your package was delivered and you claim you did not receive your package, we cannot file a claim with the USPS. As a result, we will not be able to refund or replace your purchase. If you have any concerns whatsoever, please contact me and we will require a signature delivery for your order, no matter the amount of the order. This may require an additional payment.
If you live in the Quakertown, PA area and wish to pickup your order in person, please select "Local Pickup" at checkout. You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup, and further instructions. We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up in a timely manner.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final. If you have any issues or concerns, please feel free to contact us to discuss it. Your feedback is important to us and helps us improve our products!
We do not accept returns due to allergic reactions to our products or damage during shipping. Each item for sale has all ingredients listed for your reference on the website and on the package. Anyone with sensitivities to any listed ingredient should not use the product, or try an allergy patch test prior to use. Feel free to contact us regarding specific ingredients. ZOZO Soap Co. is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. If at any time a reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately.
If your order was damaged during shipping, you must save all contents and wrappings for the shipping provider to inspect in response to your claim. You may file a claim online here.
