Cancellation policy

After placing your order, you'll have 24 hours from the time of placement to cancel or until your order has been processed and shipped; whichever comes first. You must email support@zozosoapco.com with your order number, email address, and reason for cancellation. You will only receive a refund once you've received confirmation of the cancellation. 

Termination Policy

ZOZO Soap Co. reserves the right to cancel any transaction at any time for any reason. You will be notified of this decision via email.
